Basically the owner of our internet radio server (for gaia online, kind of a gay little rpg site that I don't really post on, I just like playing music.) is switching listener venues. I'm hoping to get a time slot for the final night so I can dj as well as the other guy that is on currently. We need 20+ listeners tonight for him to change his mind, and allow me, as well as several other of the dj's to keep on broadcasting.

I'm still quite active in the nerf community, so you need to find another moderator and member to assfuck via the forums. Calling into question my sexuality is immature, if you have a problem with what I'm doing, you need to pm me instead of being a dick to me in the public forum. (as hypocritcal as that sounds right now, its fucking true.) I want nothing more than the progression of the NIC, and since you randomly dropped back in and started trying to run shit at NHQ, when there was actually a peak in user activity with the new line of guns, its been a pain in the ass to keep up with all the stupid shit you want to change. I'm not sure what bullshit you might have going on in your personal life that is conflicting with the way you conduct yourself on an internet forum, but you need to reevaluate the way you are treating me on both forums. Go ahead and close this if you wish, I'm sorry a couple of members felt it was needed to fuck up a perfectly acceptable thread, and that I needed to reconcile some shit with evil on yet another forum.

Oh and that bk picture awhile ago. Not me. Lets just say another former female member of the forums (lunchables) got ahold of my login information, which I have since changed.

I just want to lay out some thoughts here:

1. This topic is for all intents and purposes closed. You would not like the consequences to posting in it again. That goes for anyone outside of the administrative team.

2. Normally I would see no problem with this topic. My one issue is that Dan Wask isn't a very active member of this particular forum. For example, not many would give disrespect to one of our contributors or team members if they casually asked for support in the Off-Topic Forum. Hell, I'd even back them up. If Wask were more active, I'd be totally supportive. However, I would wonder how he would feel If I tried to drum up support at NerfHQ, since I have not frequented it in probably a year or so. I would possibly side with others after noticing that a majority of Dan Wask's posts on this site were made in the Off-Topic forum, but I digress to my next point...

3. For those of you wondering, I did a little IP searching. This was by no means extensive, so if Piney wants to further investigate this, I am all for it. The IP for the post in the "Oh Hey" thread by Dan Wask was used by that user account ~20 times between March 2005 and January 2007. This IP was used for possible Trading purposes. This IP was different than the IP Wask has used recently. Both IP addresses were comcast accounts originating in Maryland.

4. Despite my findings in point 3, the usage of one's user account is one's own responsibility. So this is a reminder to anyone reading this: You are responsible for your own user account. If someone logs onto your account, the responsibility falls onto you. Passwords are there for a reason. Unless it can be reasonably proved by an admin investigation that your account was hacked, you are screwed. Since no previous action was taken against Wask for the "Oh Hey" topic, none will be taken now.

5. Dan Wask, I would appreciate it if you took any future complaints you have about Evil off the forum. You won't be penalized, but I would hope that a member of your caliber would realize that. Go to DCNO and settle it with Evil the only way this community will tolerate it, by wielding plastic toy guns.

6. I'll reiterate point number 1. There will be no future posting in this topic.
