Time: 9 am (I would like to start early because I'm new at setting these things up)

Rules: Mandatory Eye-Protection, and no ridiculously powered guns (singled titans, insane homemades)

East Coast 3:15, maybe a pistol round or two so bring a moderately powered springer pistol on hand.

Keep your eye on this thread as I will keep updating it as time goes on.

As of right now, any Saturday is good for me, just to give me a day to recover for the work week. I think my clan should be interested. I'd be interested in the photos you'll take, but like I said, any Saturday in July looks good for now.

EDIT: I just figured out that I'll be in the UK on the 14 through the 21st. Otherwise, all other Saturdays look clear.

I Google Mapped to Nassau County, NY and got 2.5 hours, which works.

For gametypes we pretty much stick to Team Deathmatch. MA war was the last time we played something different, which I wasn't a fan of(sorry Fenix). It was 'Supply Run'. Basically bags were placed in the middle of the field and whichever team got all 3 bags to their base first, won. To me, Nerfing should be about shooting people, not about stragetizing.

That place looks great. Just a question about the roads: are there ever cars on them? Cause the last thing we need is a car driver getting hit the face.

As a whole it looks pretty open. I mean, I know there's trees and such, but it seems kinda open. I'm sure it could work though.

Pending other plans might prevent me from coming on the 28th, but as of now it's open.

Well I took the pictures from the roadside. There are many sites and stuff deeper in with benches, trees and stuff. If we set up a field if definately wouldnt have to go by a road.

Looks like an excellent venue for low velocity pistol wars. Open areas make dodging so much more fun.

4th- independence day
8th- sisters birthday
9-13th- summer camp
17, 19, 24, 26, 28th- Rugby
20th- my birthday (I'm 14 yay)
29-30th- vacation

For me, I'm good any other day.
Preferably, the 7th, 15th, or the 21st

You may as well just quit trying to go to a war.



Many of the dedicated NH war-mongers take sick days from work, give up on social events, and just plain get out there. Apparently you don't share the same sentiments as the CaptainSlugs or One Man Clans or other hard-core East Coasters.

Either that, or you can HOST a war yourself. On the date that's convenient for you. Then maybe the others will rally around and be there for you.


Or, maybe not.

If it didn't cost 4 grand to bring myself and my family to the continental 48 states, I'd be there every once in awhile.

Not to mention that there never seems to be a shortage of wars on the east coast. It's not as if you're missing the only war you could attend this year, when there seems to be a war every couple months....

I'm real interested in attending this event and just left DarkShrimp a message about possibly carpooling to get their. I'll talk to some more of the LCM guys here at the Jersey shore and see who else is interested. Just out of curiousity, what is the age range we're looking at and how big is this field? Give me all the info you can as concisely as you can (if you want), just so I have a more detailed idea of what to expect. I'm sure others here wouldn't mind some more info too.
