Items needed:
small needle nose pliers (optional)
normal needle nose pliers
drill/ hand drill/dremmel
1/4" drill bit
1/2" drill bit
The ability to turn your gun upside down.
So to start, take a needle nose pliers that can reach about 1 cm lower than the top of the posts. get a firm grip, and either twist the pliers, or do what i do, and clamp the Hornet down and run circles around the table .
After the posts are out, take a 1/4 inch drill bit and drill just past the AR (in the barrel of course). Then take the 1/2" drill bit and dill out the AR's (my drills did not acomidate the 1/2" so had to use a fairly large set of pliers; the ones that look almost like an L) you could probally use your hands. After you drill out those pesky AR's then, here comes the hard part, turn your gun upside down! The AR's should just fall right out if not go back with the 1/2" bit and go at it again, untill they do, you may need a long thin stick to agitate the AR's a little to make them fall out. The springs might need to be pulled out but thats not a problem.
WHOOOHOOO! Your done!
I went ahead and plugged the over-pressure release valve, and went out to do some range tests. I approximated the ranges because i know the distance of 30' "landmarks" in my back yard. the bottom of the gun was parralel to the ground, the barrels were up at a 15 degree angle. keep in mind that i am using stock barrels...
