What would make my BBB shoot micros and arrows but get better range? I can't find any mods in the directory.
I am in the middle of searching now.

Hollow out the original orange barrel and jam a section of 1/2" cpvc in there, or cut off a portion, glue on the 1/2" cpvc, then replace the orange piece back on when you want to shoot arrows.

130? No way, mine has a CPVC coupler and gets 65 or 70 feet flat. 130 is a CROSSBOW, not a big bad bow.

Not even a Crossbow will hit 130' flat. Whoever said that is full of shit.

Yah 130' is way out there mine hit 80-ish but that was with a longer barrel so i couldn't use the arrows.

Cpvc coupler will get nothing even close to 130 except 80 feet

You should mod yours and tell us. I think range testing is kinda worthless, because I mod a gun, fire it, then use it and get used to feeling how far it can go. I, like some others on here, mod my guns for use and feel, not for distance or bragging rights.

Ok then i will.
I have a cpvc coupler (1/2') and 6' of 1/2' pvc... a couple brass barrels and brass coupler.... I must buy a cpvc barrel, cya later im out! Thanks!

I just modded my BBB yesterday with a mod that took literally 20 minutes and now it shoots micros and arrows. All I did was open up the front part of the gun, took the barrel out and shook it until the restrictors fell out. I threw away the one with the post attaches to it and cut the spring off the white disk. I then drilled a hole in the center of the disk with a drill and reassembled the gun. Finally, I took an exacto knife and scraped off the four little nubs on the inside of tthe front of the barrel and jammed a crayola barrel down it.

It now gets about 70 with taggers, 72 with streamline darts and, my personal favorite, the old version black tip taggers that came with my DTG 2 years ago an were replaced by the current orange and black taggers. I like these just because they stick out from normal taggers. Also the arrows have increased ranges by a little too. I'm very happy with my BBB mod and I hope you can make it work for you too.

My BBB mod lets you shoot micro steffans and missiles with out the expense of having to short of a barrel.

PointBlank, I would do your mod but i don't like brass and my NF has a crayola so I think I'll just try the crayola first just because its easier and cheaper, and both mods get the same ranges....
