i am tryiong to come up with a time grenade...
the supplies i am using are:


card board
an eab barrel spring
a film canister

i found out how i can time it...

i can use a dowel or something and a suction cup and put the spring around the doweland then it would release when it ran out of suction...
this probobly wont work...but niether do i...hehe

Err, you could have just edited, I hadnt looked at the post for awhile...
That suction cup idea...I dont get it, but it might work, explain it a little better.
If you want an impact grenade use sniper5000's idea, I tried it awhile ago and it works ok.

You cant, unless someone tells you...I wish his site was still up...
Any way, just take a film canister, put a big enough spring in so there is tension on the cap when you close it. Then fill the canister with tiny peices of balker rod. The, close it up. It is an impact grenade, the spring inside pushes the cap ff when it hits something maing the foam fly out. Sniper5000 made this, all I did was try it. It works.

they have theese things called "phlat balls" or something that work like that but they dont explode and put out a bunch of foam.
