I was wondering if anyone plays this game called fugitive. It may go by other names such as slip, manhunt, etc. Here is a link to a wikipedia page about it. Basiclly the game consists of a team of people driving cars (cops), people riding in the cop cars (riders), and people running (fugitives). The fugitives try to make it from point A to point B, at night, without being caught by the runners who ride with the cops. The game is really fun, but sometimes the real police show up.

This looks really interesting and seems like a cool mission for my assassin games that I set up in my area. Is there any more info about this game anywhere?

My brother have played this before. Normaly you start at say the burger joint and you have to get to someones house within 2hrs depending on the distance. Most of the time disguises such as wigs, mustaches, and other things that would alter your appearence more then maybe changing clothes for example. THen basicaly the people that are it have (depending on the number of people playing) 1-9 cars with a driver for each car that can not get out and help. Normally the driver is an adult who is just watching the game except when you need to move from different areas. The people that are it are passengers in the the car and cant get more the 100-200 feet away from the car unless he sees it is important that the person sees a fugitive. Other wise he can bb told he is disqualified and has to stay in the car. And the it people aven when they see a fugtive cant run to far from the vehicle.

Basic out of bounds are private property and other places that are illegal to enter cross. Also the fugtives can not use any from of alternate transportation some times they are allowed skates and such (oh yeah and the fugitves can use swimming as a method a transportation though most of the time). Driver cant hit or stop right infront of (less then 2" because of injuries) fugitives. Ok the distance to stop infront of a fugtive is there because having a car run over your feet wouldnt feel good or be running have a car stop infront of you and you run into the back or side and smash your head (never fun to do).

These are the basic rules have fun be safe and dont let the fleas bite.

Our games usually encourage crossing through private property, I try not to do it too much though.
