If 17/32 brass seals with 9/16 brass, what does PETG seal with?

1/2" brass can nest inside 1/2" petg from mcaster. Thats all I know of.

This contest may have some flaws, as people can simply be a deuschbag over the internet. By Lying.

A war-like setting/invitational would be better...

It won't nest in anything really. The tightest fit would be 5/8" OD brass.

PETG = .542" ID .572" OD

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Once you cut off the dome, do you need to fill the cross-shaped hole in the top of the dart with hot glue?

Yeah, nothing is going to be a tight enough fit for you to make a seal like you would be able to with brass. It will slide somewhat loosely in 1/2" SCH40 white PVC but won't make a seal in it.
Closest thing you can get would be either a 1/2" OD tube with a layer or two of e-tape, or a hole drilled to 9/16" will make an interference fit.
I made a coupler plate for my Hornet out of 1/2" OD tube and sheets of polycarbonate.

I know this topic is old, but 19/32 brass makes a perfect breech or coupler for 5/8 thinwall PETG.
