So today I was in biglots and found this small section with guns. I ended up finding a airtech 1000 and a small spiderman gun. It was shaped like a mini NF. Opening the gun up and looking it is a mini NF! I just finished modding it with a brass barrel and rubber bands. The only bad part is I cant find my digital camera to show you guys. Ill try to find it and post pictures soon.

The item you are talking about is made by Toy Quest, and they actually have quite a few different Spider-Man 3 guns out there. Most of them are cheap little knock off blasters that shoot either foam darts, gliders or plastic discs. I've seen most these knock off guns produced by other companies over the years, and from my experience they are pretty cheaply made and don't work all that well. Here's a pic of the two foam shooting guns from Toy Quest's Spider-Man 3 line:

Toy Quest is also the same company that makes the XXL line which this larger Spider-Man 3 gun looks to be a repaint of:

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

The small spider man gun on the top right is the one I was talking about. It is a pretty cheaply made gun. But right now im getting 55-70ft. For the gun being half the size of an NF its pretty good.

For $1.50 though I think that im going to buy two more because of there size and small strength.

Those actually look pretty cool. Is the spring as tiny as one would think?

The spring, unfortunatly, is small as one would think. About the size of your index finger.

I don't have a BigLots near me but I sure wish I did. I would buy at least four of these. Also what size brass did you use? I'm guessing it was either 17/32 or 9/16.

Is there any site where one could buy these online? Couldn't find it on Big Lots.com (checked 50 pages of toys)

Why in the world would you want to pay shipping on a $1.50 gun? Unless you have Big Lots near you I wouldn't bother buying one of these at near-Nitefinder prices.

Fair point. But i really don't have one within a hundred miles and I really wouldn't have a mode of transportation anyway. Besides I recentley came into a decent amount of cash, it kills me to blow it on a little thing like shipping, but I've got some to spare.

SM750: I used 9/16 brass.

T.J.: It is a nice little gun but it isnt worth to pay shipping. You cant put a much stronger spring or the plunger shaft will break. The shaft is very thin.

n-strike: Its about half the size of a NF, maybe alittle smaller.

Well today was the day. The little beauty exploded in my hands when I was about to pull the trigger. The small shaft broke even after being re-inforced. R.I.P little guy.

On another note, im going to buy 2 more and make sure these ones dont explode. ;)

Out of the different Toy Quest Spider-Man 3 guns this one certainly seems to be the hardest to find. I was actually searching Big Lots stores for the Blue Airtech 1000 when I found it, and out of the dozen different Big Lots I went to only one had it, and even that store only had the one I bought.

The one on the right looks like a combination of an NF and Tech Target gun...
Just very tiny.

That's the one I modded. Unfortunately it needs fixed because the plungerhead ripped off the shaft when it was cocked too fast, but it can hit 40' with ease.

So the portion where the laser pointer is usually at in an NF is just dead space? Is it large enough to integrate say, a Secret Strike, or did they downsize it too much?
