See if you can do anything with that.
You would probably have to use some creative cutting of the shells and allot of epoxy but I think its possible.
Plus even trying this is better than having 2 trashed guns laying around like you said.
And guys he was asking for ideas, not for people to tell him to think for himself.

If you can't think of how to do it yourself or what you even want to accomplish then you're up a creek without a paddle.I'd like to make an entirely new weapon, that uses some of the parts I have lying around.
A gun made primarily from leftover blaster parts is not a homemade, it's a modified integration. A homemade is built from the ground up where-in you had to machine atleast 60% of it in order for it to work.
If he doesn't know what he should make then he shouldn't be asking people what he should make. And guys he was asking for ideas, not for people to tell him to think for himself.
Make what you think you can accomplish making. Just do something, even if you have to try making someone else's design before you can come up with your own.
We're not here to hand-feed you inspiration. We're here to help you if you get stuck and share our two cents. But you're not asking for two cents, you're asking for the whole dollar.
This is just another lame "what-if" thread where people just throw out random ideas that never really get anywhere because they have no idea how to implement them.
