I know that there have been many GamerTag topics but this one is for those who have the Beta to post in.

But I'm not able to download the beta from my Crackdown game yet. Dunno why. It's making me mad too. I thought I would have it downloaded and be playing it by now...

Is anyone else experiencing this problem too?

Go to Bungie for updates on the problem.

I also have the problem, along with everyone who is trying to get in through Crackdown. Bungie says they will fix by tonight. I won't be on until the morning because I have work in an hour until 11. I'll just play tomorrow, I can wait.

And if you look at the Halo 3 Beta Forums, you can see the topic with 140 pages started this morning when they found out it didn't work. All the posts are just the same old thing, "I hate Bungie, I hate Microsoft, I hate waiting."

I don't have Crackdown unfortunatly. But my friend said he'd let me borrrow it for a day...

I don't think that will work, N34. Once the Beta is downloaded to his HDD, it cannot be downloaded on another. At least that is what Bungie says.

I don't know if you can believe that because when someone said that they saw a pic of a spartan carrying a turret, Bungie said that it was going to be in the game. Now, in the Beta Guide, they list the turret as a weapon that you can carry if you blow it off its stand.

Well the sucky thing too about it is that, you can't just borrow the disk to download it and give it back, you have to have the disk in the tray while you play, and there are two verisons of Crackdown one with the download option and one without.
