Including those people working for NerfHaven, but most importantly those people who are maintaining their own sites or simply freelancing Nerfers, who are the current Nerf officials? I've been out of the loop for awhile and I'd just appreciate the update.

Turn the flood control down to 30 seconds. That's really annoying.

It's always been 60 seconds. If you don't want to take 60 seconds to consider your post then you can always post on two forums simultaneously, alternating the spam from one to the other.

I don't know why this is suddenly an issue again.

Yeah, it's impossible just to make a list of contributors. Every time somebody presents a new idea, a theory, a mod, a review, anything, they're contributing. It's not like back at NO when cxwq, VACC, Spoon, Box, and Goo were the only contributors.
