I got a maverick before the last war and messed up the mod, or that is to say, got lazy and didn't finish it. As far as I can tell, every part is still with it, so if anyone with the time/energy to mod it wants to take it, its yours. Hersh gets first dibs since he always lets me use his shizzle at the wars.

Meeting Place: The Deal Test Site
Meeting Time: 10am sharp, expect the first 20 minutes to be spent lugging your crap from the cars to the play area. Round #1 kicks off no later than 10:30am.

General Directions:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit #105 - Eatontown / Rt 36 East
Follow signs for Rt 36 East - Long Branch.
Make an immediate Right at the 1st Traffic Light onto Hope Rd.
Take Hope Rd. for less than 1/2 mile, merge Right onto the ramp for Rt. 18 South
Take Rt. 18 South for approximately 2 miles to Exit #12A - W Park Ave / OAKHURST
Merge on to W. Park Ave heading East, continue for approximately 2 miles
At the 4th Traffic Light turn Right onto Whalepond Rd.
Take Whalepond Rd. for 1 mile and turn Right into the 3rd entrance for the park
There should be a parking lot immediately on your right.
If you come to a traffic light you've gone too far, turn around and then make a left into the first entrance you see.

I'll tell you right now that alot of people turn into the wrong parking lot when trying to get to this park. It's the third entrance and the parking lot should be immediately on your right. Another hint: If you don't see any of the Horsemen, you're in the wrong spot. I'll be PM'ing my Cell # to Shindig, Hersh, Groove, and possibly z80.

To avoid miscommunication, and noob bashing, I'm one of z80's three people. I was wondering if I could get some GPS coordinates (or the general area) of DEAL park; this way I could look it up on Google Earth. I looked around on Google Earth, and didn't find much. Is the actual name of the place "deal park", or something else? I found a nieghborhood named Deal Park, but I take it that we're not playing there.

I hate to be a stick in the ass, but my printers not working and I'm too lazy to write all that shit down. Is there an addess? My GPS doesn't take coordinates as far as I know...

Famine, as directions go, everyone needs to bear left on exit 105, at least for GSP Northbound.

After you get off the exit which is on the right, Exit 105 splits into 18 North, on the right, and Rt 36 on the Left. Everyone wants to get onto the LEFT side for Rt. 36 in order to get to Hope Road.

GSP Southbound doesn't split, so your directions work from that side.

Considering some kids' horrible sense of direction, I know someone would get confused.

Listen ass, my directions are flawless! You bear right off of GSP-North and it brings you towards 18 North then just... I dunno. Figure it out!!

Yeah, so, just don't be retarded and make sure you wind up going towards 36 East but turn Right onto Hope Rd.

Re-edit: No Rambo, there is not an address. You have been given adequate directions along with GPS coordinates. If you can't figure it out from there you don't deserve to be at the war. It's a test, it's ALL a test.

Re-edit Redux: Joe Palaia is the name of some faggot who probably gave some money to people who aren't me. The name is meaningless. The place is The Deal Test Site. It is vast, and daunting, and classified a Superfund Site. When we say this Nerf War will kill you, we fucking make sure to have redundent systems in place to see that we meet that promise!

Considering I get off at 105 to see the girlfriend a few times a week, I can vouch for you having to bear left to get on 36 east, unless there's a super secret shortcut I don't know about.
