If it's been done nobody has bothered to post it here. But then again why would you do that to any of the multiple-blast-chamber-semi-automatic-valve guns unless you had broken something that controls its ability to fire in semi-auto?
The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

I think that would take some interesting fabrication on the inside, since the trigger releases the air out of each chamber one after another. I think if you were to try to combine all of the barrels into one barrel then you would have to make it so the trigger fires them all at once, not in succession. As far as range, the big salvo has a ton of air output on each barrel, so I don't think 100+ would be too hard to obtain. But as CS said, there really isn't a point.

You'd be better off singling a Hornet or a Blastfire, something which has a "fire all" trigger. Of course, "better off" is relative in this case. It's like singling an AT3k...you can, but it misses the point.

Has anyone single-barrel modded a big salvo? what were the ranges?
Yeah, I've done it, but it was to salvage an already broken Big Salvo. It's a risky mod but the ranges are and accuracy are pretty amazing. To do it I took apart my Salvo, sawed open the pump casing and plugged the pump. I pumped it enough times to blow one of the valves in one of the barrels to know what the maximum pumping is. I then plugged the blown valve with hot glue and then repeated the process to make sure it wasn't just weak barrel. Having tested it twice I know about how many pumps I can get away with (the number of pumps it took to blow a valve minus one or two) and then plugged one of the remaining barrels. With the right foam and barrel combination you can get 150' out of it, but again, it is a fairly risky mod. Don't get mad at me if you ruin the entire gun.

no, no, what I ment is if you could combine the air output of all four salvo barrels into 1 SUPER BARREL. also, rig it to make a fire all trigger.

That's what he's talking about doing. If you plug three of the four tanks all the air will be directed into one so it's the same concept.
And the Salvo can empty all four barrels in about 1/5th of a second stock, so that's pretty much a "fire all" trigger without "rigging" anything.

There was an idiot a while back who just sawed off three barrels and expected the gun to only fire out of the barrel that was left. Everyone laughed at him as they told him he just fucked up the gun for no reason.
But if a competent modder does this, like imaseoulman did, then the results can be impressive, but why would you do this? Turning a four shot into a single shot seems pointless, expecially since you'll never need much more than 60' range in a nerf war.

Probably dead by now, or something.
