I was wondering if anybody could tell me a blaster that could rival that distance but with just as a simple mod. Thanks in advance.

The Lanard Maxshot is available on Amazon. It can get ranges similar to that.

I was confused, thought I missed something. I'd still go with the Maxshot so you can compete with him in the ROF department.

Alright that gives me a selection..Thanks! I'm currently searching for a SM1.5k I've heard those guns are pretty good. Does anybody have any different suggestions?

A Maxshot. You lose ROF with any air gun pretty much.

Maxshots are great. I just cut off the tip of the barrel. And Ramrod the dart down a little. It works great. And the barrel is very Tight.

Interesting..But this ERTL Pump shotgun is it the one FA modded? And yeah I'm checking out amazon for the Maxshots

Well, if you really want a high powered gun, ERTL Pump Shotgun is the furthest shooting springer on the NIC. Though I'm not sure if you could mod it to get ranges up there (160'), it's a pretty difficult mod.
Otherwise, a Maxshot would be great. I don't have one, but they seem to have a lot of power with decent RoF.
And the SM1500 is a good gun, they are just no longer sold so are harder to obtain.

Yes the maxshot is a good one. My sm5k gets about 120 by just shoving some petg down the barrel, but sm5k's are expensive and hard to come by.

Wow, I never thought this day would come. I have to disagree FA. Maxshots are incredibly accurate and easy to aim. They are faster to reload than an xbow when done correctly. And as far as breaking goes, I've only seen them get wrecked because of stupid things their owners have done.

Maxshot - Rambo is right. It's a good package.
SuperMaxx 1500 - It's good you plan to search for it. It has great range, accuracy, and ROF. Plenty will vouch for that.
SuperMaxx 5000 - This has also been mentioned. My friends and I were amazed at it after the modding was done.
Longshot - If done correctly, this gun will be a favorite. Impressive range, and much higher ROF than the BBB.
