Just so you know.



I have now spent three weeks up here, and I'm obviously gonna have to do ALL the foot work to get any kind of war going. I think the bay area nerfers are all pretty under age folk. According to the frapper, theres one guy near me, and maybe a chick (Not sure what that pic is). So now, I'm gonna have to make a clan in Twain Harte, and just pretty much see the clan as targets for myself, cause there ain't no one else to shoot. No big wars like even Caff. And Caff ain't much, but it was there...I'm gonna have to drive just my ass as the only representative from Northern Cali to Armageddon.


Wow...do I miss the south.



Shoot. Now I have to go make MY OWN nerf darts. Life sucks.




I don't think I'm asking much. Can people from Northern California please make it known you want a war. We'll start getting this all together in a central location. I guarantee I can get us some Noobs to shoot. And we can be happy. Least I can.

It might be a good idea to have an e-mail available where some Nor-cal nerfers could contact you. I only say this because there are nerfers who have not yet signed up to these boards.

Just because you have signed up does not mean that you can post. Many people(thousands, I believe) have signed up and have not been validated.

Thousands? I wouldn't go that far.

It's no secret the list of validating members has always been quite long, but the admin team has slowly been chipping away at it in hopes that it doesn't turn into a huge wall of text that devours our souls.

In the mean time, if you know someone that is waiting to be validated and just can't wait till we sift through the entire list, send me a PM or catch me on AIM with their name and I'll validate them.

Yeah, last time I saw a number for last registered it was like high 26-28 hundreds. One of the New York guys wa over 5000, so my logic is 2k+, hence, thousands.

Technically, yes, you are from Northern California. However, I live in Redding, and that's four hours North of Twain Harte. If you walk around up here and say "Go NorCal!" people will give you strange looks if they find out you're from Sacramento or lower. And why not? All those lower interconnected cities are taking our power and water and don't even seem to know that life exists above Sacramento.

Moving on, I imagine the forum waiting list must be huge. I signed up about a month before last Christmas and just today I got the confirmation email. Truth be made known, I'd almost forgotten about signing up. I'll have to go get out all those pictures I was so enthusiastic about posting a while back.

Hope things work out for you well up there, Seijin! I'll be touring with PLNU's Jazz Band in Nor Cal next semester, so I'll let you know if we'll be in your area.

While I'm here...did you leave Daniel down here, or did he get himself hauled along with you? If he's still down here, could you PM me someplace I could get ahold of him to fill him in on Armageddon, etc.?

I'm located in the east bay, so I could come to any wars near there, but I don't think I'll be able to get anywhere 2 or more hours away. I think I could get a few others to war with, but I'm really the only person in my area who actually nerfs.

We had a war last year, NCNO(Northern California Nerf Off). It turned into "The winning team is the one with the gun that shoots 20 darts in 2 seconds", whichever gun that was. Also, about half of my arsenal was broken or missing. Not a very positive experience.

But anyways, you're right about the age issue. I was the oldest person at NCNO last year (22), I think the next oldest was like 15. Would be nice to get more 20-somethings interested.

I'll be in the east bay until August.

If you can find mature people who wont break things, I'm all for it.

well this is my first post.. Just stopping in to say that my friends and I are in the 707 area and are always looking for wars.
