Recently making my scout working I moved onto my ring shooter. It is the small red version that shoots mini light green rings.
It works fine nothing wrong with it and I've searched and searched but could not find a homemade to make the rings. I found one that uses a lightsaber but I'd rather nor break apart my beloved sword.

But I have found a flaw. It is wonderful indoors. But outside it is not so great. If it is not windy its just as good outside but...what can I do when it is windy? It veers off course or dives into the ground.

EDIT: Sorry I meant when its not windy its just as good as it is inside.

I'm not quite sure what your asking but if my english teacher tought me right I beleive your asking what you should do with your gun when its windy outside. Here's my opinion. Don't use it outside. There has been nothing done to make the gun useful outside. Just my 2 cents.

I'm anxiously awaiting the hasbro over throw.

One Man Clan, or One Man Company?

Crossbow Mod.

I know there is a technique for making rings at home though it was used with the full sized rings it may work for the smaller ones as well. It involved electrical tape and card stock. Keep searching and it shall be yours. It could have been at the HQ but I can't recall...

Nope, that was posted here. The search on this site is really a great feature and there are several techniques for making vortex ammo.

Hmm its been a while since I worked with Vortex... but I tried making my own, I used toilet paper rolls, the cardboard part, and then taped it. It worked ok, but the rings themselves are much better to use.
