To answer your question, I am in the process of getting one for myself to see if it compares to the 1st generation TTG, but the topic further down on this page has some details. Can anyone tell me if the new TTG (as in old style, new paint job, shoots micros and is NOT the scout) is as good as the original, first generation TTG? In other words, has it been fitted with a weaker or smaller spring because it is now designed to shoot micros rather than megas, or is it still just as strong? The reason I ask is because we all witnessed the NF springs get weaker over generations, so I am just wondering if this has happened with the TTG, especially considering the dart size change.
If you had looked a little down the first page of topics in this forum section, you would have found all of your answers. Alot of the older people here and the admins will tell you to use the search function. It's a safe way to not get yelled at by people and it reduces the number of topics about the same thing.

My apologies. Your search came up with zero results because, I believe, you used the TTG abbreviation. I just typed in "Tech Target" into the search feature and the topic I talked about came up. I wasn't trying to be nasty, just frustrated with all the newbs making a mess of my favorite forums and anyone making a simple mistake now irks me a bit, even from seasoned users. Time to get some sleep.I'm not exactly new here, Badger. I'm fully aware of how I should use the search button before making my posts, hence why I ran a search for "new TTG" and nothing informative came up. But thank you for your concern-

About the TTG, I only have the N-Strike version, but after an air-restrictor removal, it can shoot across my kitchen, family room, and dining room (albeit at an angle, and my house is kinda small...).

No, so could you kindly explain it to us?You don't get it, do you?

Anyway, I think that you might not want to buy as many as Uncle Hammer suggests. The targets that come with the guns tend to up the price significantly.
