Question 3: What, exactly, is the big fucking deal about a (yet another) graphical enhancement (meaning relaunch) of Nerf Online?

It's suprising how big a deal most people will make about new packaging. The people here are not "most people" (I think that's been proven enough times).

And the articles that he stole from here, he doesn't wanna give back. Hal, that is.

Overall, I'm not that chuffed about Nerf Online returning. I feel that the new Nerf Online was Nerf Haven.

I totally agree. The harsh community, the same mods, if this place had the classic NO pictures (like the ones below) it'd be almost like a better, newer replica, with the absence of Goo, of course.

NerfOnline used to be all forums, the articles were blah blarg and stuff, the mods weren't many, people would go there just for the forums... Whoever the hell Larry Chen is should just set up some forums for us and have some admins/mods take care of the rest...

It's the company that Hal, Zeo, and some other guy run. They host and build websites, as well as network setup. They charge quite a bit. Some of the sites that are run by Bald Rocket you may know. They are:

E-Mayhem
X-Forums
Nerf Online

So the answer is that Bald Rocket is the hosting company for Nerf Online, but the company that hosts it is in the internet business. Nerf Online is there because somewhere in Hal's heart is a soft spot for nerf, the other part is that of an entrepenur trying to find something to make a buck. Nerf Online should serve as a example site of Hal's web desgin abilities, but the last time I checked, he didn't acknowledge its existance on the Bald Rocket Productions website.

Eh, i think that NO would be better now if they got the old armageddon videos up. Those first inspired me to be part of the nerf community.

How old is Hal, anyway? I always thought of him as a teenager, but now that you're telling me that he has his own company, I'm not sure.
