I think it would stop at a certain pressure if you DIDN'T plug the pump. Why would plugging the pump make you pump more times?
I'm guessing, Because it can hold more air, and doesn't stop at a certain pressure.

Exactly my point! It DOES stop filling the tank when you DON'T plug the pump. You can keep pumping, and pumping till your tiny arm can't take it anymore, but it's not putting air in the tank after a few pumps, or one if you did this mod, if it's not plugged. When it IS plugged, you will have to pump more than once, because the tank will take air until it blows.

But you should be able to get the same amount of air in on the same number of pumps. I thought he was saying multiple pumps for the same amount of air.I think it would stop at a certain pressure if you DIDN'T plug the pump. Why would plugging the pump make you pump more times?

I'm not going to put words in his mouth, but what I took from it, was one to fill unplugged, multiple plugged. And when it's plugged, FULL is a comfort/strength issue for each individual. Meaning, how strong you are to pump, since it gets harder and harder to pump the fuller it gets, and how comfortable you are with your tank blowing up.

And you don't want that shit to blow. Not fun and painful in most cases.and how comfortable you are with your tank blowing up.

Gazoo is right. I never said it took a different number of pumps for the same amount of air. The tank of a plugged AT3K will hold more air than the tank of an unplugged AT3K, because there's no OPRV.
Also, I will never plug the pump of my guns. It's fine if you're comfortable with it - it can net you alot more range - but when you lend guns out to people at wars, a plugged pump is just another opportunity for an inexperienced friend to fuck your gun, and possibly himself, up. Tank explosions are something I'm not going to risk.
Probably dead by now, or something.
