I heard reports of somebody seeing a Nerf Buzzsaw in walmart a couple days ago for sale. They said it was a clip fed trigger ballgun. I was at Target on the 26th and every single nerf product was sold out minus a few dart packs. But I did see a little price tag that said Nerf Buzzsaw and was somewhere around $30 (I can't remember because I thought nothing of it at the time). I spent a good 20 minutes searching the web with no success about this new gun. From the description and the name of it I am thinking a RipSaw remake. That would be really awesome considering the ripsaw is one of the best ballguns made. Can anybody else shed any light on this gun.
P.S. I might be going to wal-mart tommorow and if I do I while check it out, and most likely buy it.

That gun is made by buzzbee, and the label specifically said NERF buzzsaw. I know that something was released, whether or not it is a ripsaw remake I do not know.

IT IS REAL!!!
At target today, I got another new gun, the on-target Ball blaster. IT is from the same line. I also saw a reactor rerelease, and on the back of the packaging, there is a picture of the buzzsaw. It looks like a blue ripsaw, but bigger. Im taking pics now.

The ripsaw is my favorite gun of all time, but if it is in fact $30 that is crazy. Even in full auto mode, a gun that shoots 3 balls should not be priced the same as a gun that shoots with a bolt action clip.

The only way it would possibly replace my ripsaw is if the action was significantly quieter.

My target had a ps3, new fancy thx elmo, but nothing new nerfwise. They were unloading a skiff of hasbro boxes though, so I'm hopeful for tomorrow.

You went shopping with Falcon? Seruiously how heavy was it? Was it smaller than a ripsaw?

That always makes me laugh...

It was about the same weight as a ripsaw. A little smaller top to bottom, from the looks of it.

Very lightweight, overall. There was only one of them on the shelf, and we couldn't find a price tag (that I recall, anyway.) But, like I mentioned in another thread, I would pray that Hasbro wouldn't price it so as to make a parent pay more than $18 or so for another ballgun.

I saw it at Target today, the price was $15.
