Alright so I have been seeing a bunch of topics saying that they found PC's and Triple Strikes and other rare guns at these stores.

My main question is, WHERE DO I FIND THESE STORES.

I have never even seen a thrift shop and I was wonderign if anyone in NJ (Maybe Hersh?) Could tell me where one of these are.

Thank you.

You probably have this thing called a phone book. Look under Thrift Stores, Goodwill, etc. Or look online "Bergan County Thrift Stores" or something in google.

I've never had any luck, so don't get your hopes up.

Value Village has to be my favorite place to get guns. I go there every two weeks and pick up 3-12 guns each time. I have been to a different thrift store (st. vincent de paul's) and I have found one gun total in 10 visits. At value village I have picked up 2 SM1500s, a small soldiers SM500, 4 AT2ks, plus 50 more or so, all averaging at about $2 each.

Salvation Army is considered a thrift store. I've never actually seen any Nerf Guns in any, though.

I have only got 1 gun from value village and it was in some hick town on vacation. It was a Commlink II. I did modify it to make it smaller and new barrel and stuff, but it was a big failure..

My goodwill stores around here are great! I've picked up

2 SM1500 (both old)
1 EaB
1 PC with an extra clip!

I have 2 goodwill stores and a salvation army within 5 miles from my house.

I'd have to say the most important thing is to know what different guns are or else you are going to miss out. I saw what was either a super soaker CPS 2000 or CPS 2500 at value village, and turned it down because it was $4. Compare that to the $80+ it goes for on eBay. That was a big miss. Also, when I saw the SM500 I bought, I had just learned about it earlier that day. If I hadn't seen it earlier, I probably would have turned it down. So the best thing to do is look at all the guns on nerfcenter and orange's page, so you dont turn something down because you think it is worse than it really is. This topic inspired me to go ask my mom to take me to V.V. right now.

If you look at it upside down you will see a wheel on the top of the box.

I have a thrift store about 3 minutes away from my house. My friend's mom gave his nerf guns to the store ,and I ended up buying them at a yard sale from a lady who bought them from the thrift store! :P I must have bad eyes. I don't see an rf20 in that at all.

Hmm. Looks like a Tek Ten to me. But maybe I'm wrong. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a Rapid Fire 20 old edition.

I'm sure if I would have revived that thread for my post I would get flamed for years and Banned. SO I made my own.

But do you know of any thrift stores in NJ?

If you have something of substance to add to an old or dead thread there really isn't a problem with reviving it. If you revive a thread with nothing to add, say reviving one of the many best gun threads saying that the Nerf Slingshot is the best thing ever then you'll get flamed.

With that said there is a Good Will in Cherry Hill that I visited once, didn't find anything there though. Like others have said, and as it states in the article look in a phone book. They are even online now so you really don't have an excuse for not doing the research yourself. At the Haven we'll give you the tools but we won't do it for you.

This is why I barely ask questions here. Ok. I searched and couldn't find anything. That is why I asked my question. I'm not to lazy to look but I think if people can just answer a simple damn question without...

we'll give you the tools but we won't do it for you.

Then just don't answer the question at all. I am not going to argue the point or anything so I guess an admin can close this.

Thanks everyone for the help.

Here's something I found on Google. It looks like it has links to other thrift store websites. I have no idea what thrift stores are near you, but there might be a link to one from there.
