I bought the gun a few days ago and took out the air restrictors. My problem is that I cant find a way for a coupler or any barrel could fit. Could anyone give me some sizes that fit. (Still have about 3/4 of the original barrel on)

I just slipped a length of cpvc inside my barrel after dremeling three-quarters of the original orange one off. Its seal on darts and the gun is perfect, and I haven't even attached it with epoxy or anything yet.

If you cut the original barrel down far enough than you can just slip a 1/2" pvc coupler over it and glue it to the barrel base. Then you can slip some brass or whatever fits your darts best down the original barrel.

Or if you are cheap, take a crayola barrel wrap some tape around it and stick it in there.

yeah, I shoved a crayola down there, .5' cpvc didnt fit, oh well. taped the marker barrel a bit so a coupler would fit and went from there.

The biggest white A.R, should we be leavin' that in there, cuz lordey, it jingles like none other. I'm afraid the plunger is gonna go flyin out the barrel somehow

I would definately suggest removing the air restrictor, as having it in there hinders the performance of the gun.

Okay I go the gun and dremeled off the front scope part, also the barrel is now 1/4 of its original size about 1/2 inch long. I bought brass that is 1/2 inch too and it fits in very tight to the barrel of the gun. When put in its very sturdy, but for some reason the gun wont fire any stefans or regular darts. Help?

Sounds like you've got an air-seal problem. Tightening the fit of the barrel inside the original orange one would fix it, I'd think.

I've tightened it as much as I could and even put electrical tape on it but it wont shoot still. When I cock the gun and shoot with my hand in front of it I can feel a strong gust of air. But when I+ put my dart in, witch is a pretty tight fit it even slides up and down the barrel nicely, it wont shoot the dart more than 2 feet.

It might be that your dart is getting sucked into your plunger. Try cocking the gun before putting the dart in.

The dart also might be too fat for the brass, it also could be the length is too long for the darts. I know some of my darts have problems with 1/2" brass.

The darts fit tight enough for no air to go by it but loose enough for it to slide down the barrel. I still can't get it to work.

How i check if my guns are air-tight is to blow with a lot of pressure down the barrel, while covering the barrel with your mouth. If you can feel air being released, that is bad. It will never be perfectly air-tight but it should take at least ten seconds to release an entire breath. If it isn't air tight, feel around for the leak and plug it with plumber's goop. If it is air-tight, then you have a serious barrel/dart fit issues.

I got it fixed today the problem wasnt the gun itself it was the barrel. I needed it to be even tighter for it to shoot and get the distance.

9/16'ths brass should work. thats what I used in my BBB, And Im getting ranges around 80". Then again, mine is the old 90's BBB, But I dont think the barrel diameter is any different

Cut the stock barrel down to an inch, drill a large hole in the while air restrictor. Take 2 inches or so of 1/2" cpvc and use a mallet and pund it into the stock barrel until it hits the restrictor. Put a coupler on the cpvc, epoxy and your good to go, its pretty simple dude. KISS, keep it simple stupid.

Thanks for the advise. I have the barrel that length but, with the AR I cut the whole thing out of that ring it has. It also ripped up my o-ring on the gun. So right now im in the procces of getting new o-rings for it and the barrel im working on and have it down already.
