Given that the tech target pistol has a very similar volume and spring to the LnL, I'd go with a 4" brass barrel in a diameter that fits your darts perfectly (they won't fall through, but are easily pushed in) with a 3/4" piece of brass that's one size smaller nested at the base. To clarify:

===-----------------------

Take your FBR to the store with you when you get the brass to make sure the sizing is correct. As a starting point, my FBR is extremely close to 1/2" and I use 9/16" OD brass for the main barrel with 17/32" OD brass for the small constriction at the base.

Where in NY do you live? I live in NY and can get brass easy, but then again my uncle(not langley) works for a store that supplies stores that are being built with pipes and he brings me home my pipes. The only thing I have been having trouble finding is CPVC that is smaller than 3/4in.
