I'm trying to take the long shot apart. I can't remove the orange Handles from the sides of the gun. Is there a way I'm supposed to do this?

Stick something (I used an old flat head screwdriver) under the side and pry. It should pop off.

Yeah, the easiest method is to use the claw on a hammer to pop them off. Much less risk of damaging the body of the gun since the claw on a hammer has alot of leveraging surface area.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Whoa..thank you, thank you, and thank you.
I've been struggling with this problem for quite some time now. (I was about 'tis close to grabbing my saw and just sawing the dang thing off)
