A stefan dart is a homemade dart that you make out of foam backer rod. You would know this if you searched.
If quizes are quizicals then what are tests?

Yes, Stefans are the most commonly used homemade darts. They are made of 1/2" FBR, some kind of weight, and hotglue. Here's a guide on how to make them. Though to straighten them I would suggest putting them in a box with several holes poked in it for ventilation. Put your cut darts in there and use a blowdryer on high until they are straight.
Another common dart is the CDTS (Converted Dart Tag Stefen). It is a stock dart with the tip cut off, replaced with a weight, then glued in with a dome of hotglue. These work better for me, though they are much more expensive so I stick with the regular Stefans. You can find how to make them Here.

Of course, if you also want the converted Dart Tag darts to work with the LS, what I do is I remove the entire velcro tip, and make that the back end. Then I inject some hot glue (LOW HEAT) into the former back end of the dart, stick in a size BB fishing weight, and make the hot glue dome. Easy as pie, and effective as heck.
It will probably work even better if I plug the back end, but not all of my guns have the pegs removed. But once they are....
