Nice site. The stuff is loading a bit slow on my comp., but I don't think that's a website problem. You should add some reviews (brief) in the guns section. Excellent picture gallery and a pretty complete website on the whole. Nice Job!

In any case the site is decent. But why is the url turn into your IP after clicking on one of the words? I don't think that is the best way to design a site, but nice job using JavaScript.

Theres no "No posting links to your clansite" in the CoC or anything like that. Well, as long as the Admins don't consider it a spam link. (In all honesty: If we hadnt changed this topic into what it is now, the admins prob. would have gotten pissed)

If you'll notice, NerfHaven is one of the few Nerf-related websites without an "Internet" topic section.

That is very carefully done by design.

There's no need to have any other websites...we're all you need.



Creating advertising threads by using one of the larger hub sites to try to attract users to their own site is the most desperate form of flattery. But whatever works for you.


In order for your forum and site to succeed (for most of you this is getting old), you need something unique to attract users and keep them there. Out of the 15 or so Nerf related forum/sites I've catalogued, only about 3 or 4 are still active to the point that they're still viable. My White Dog site is not viable at all, but I never intended it to be....it's just a place to document my work. Other, forum-related sites, depend on user traffic to keep the board from decaying and being stagnant.


Unless one of the other admins disagree, I'll leave this thread here for now.

However I am not sure whether you understand what we(at least I) are/am trying to do here. This is a topic on which to post a link to your nerf clan's website. When I searched to see whether something like this had been done before I came up with alot of topics about "Hey have you guys been to the old Nerf Online lately" or "Wow I found this really old nerf site(and I'm jus begging for a beating and some flaming)" and although I got a good laugh from a few of them, they weren't about clan sites.

On many clan sites people ask for feed back on what they could do to make the page better. But if no one knows about the site then no one will visit it. And if no one visits the site no one will give feed back. This is where this topic comes in.

I hope this has cleared up any miscommunications or confusions about this topic. The topic title is misleading.

Actually its technically Flaming Hilt's website and he won't give me admin privileges. Which I personaly think is rather stupid. At one point I took all the text on the whole site and fixed the grammer and spelling and I brought it to him and he didn't use most of it because he didnt want to take the time to enter in all the information. Also the site is really out dated because he is takeing a ton of AP IB and X level classes and he doesn't have time to update the site. I am taking a few but not as many as he is. I know for a fact that the arsenals are out of date (at least mine is) My Ls definatly gets more than 45 feet (try 78 +) I also wanted to change what it said on my profile because it is not true (I never said anything about learning how to nerf from HALO)
