Hello all,
I bought a thunderstrike 20 at a garage sale recently. It was only two bucks, in the box, even had working batteries in it still. In any case, has anyone had any luck modifying electric designs, or this gun in specific?
It looks like all that's propelling the balls forward is two opposite facing gear wheels that spin the ball down the barrel. I'm thinking of putting in a more powerful motor and changing the battery type (3 c batteries is a pain in the arse).
Thinking of putting a wrist cradling stock and hopper on it as well.
Any and all help appreciated.

Post a pic so that we can know what you are talking about, but if I am thinking right, it might need some more motors.
We should stop calling out/making fun of/pissing GC off. He's actually contributed and is available for trade. He's a better than average member no doubt. Got your back Cole.

You're in luck getting the 3XC ,they also put out a 9v square battery version that really sucked.I taped an extra C battery under the battery compartment and wired it in series with the other 3 for a little extra boost.

Oh, I though he ment another kind of gun. A motor replacement should work on that gun also.
