I did dragonteuthis maverick mod to my maverick, and it screwed it up, it shot about 5 feet. So i removed the straw and gunk in the plunger and got the range up to maybe 10 feet about half stock range, i have no idea how to fix it so ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Ok... why did you bump an old topic AND create a new topic? Anyways, pics of the internals of your gun will be the only way for us to see the problem. Also, the way you described it isn't accurate. If you did dragonteuthis's mod correctly then it should be fine...

Well, one of the things you should be doing is using proper capitalization. It's in the Code of Conduct.

One of the things that may be wrong is the seal between the base of the turret and the barrels. Check that, as the gunk and the straw shouldn't have had a negative impact on your range if you did it correctly.

I had kind of the same problem, except I just got rid of the pegs. Is the plunger head lined up with the holes in the back of the turret? I had to push my plunger head up further and move it a little bit and now it works fine.
