Does anyone here use threading for their nerf mods/homemades. Like using a male and female threaded adapters instead of a coupling so you can take it apart to add longer barrels/take the gun apart?

I'm going to use threading at the end of my barrel so that I can add on a little bit more barrel or something like a fake silencer. Thats it though

I use it for removable barrells on my X-bow, like a micro barrell, a mega barrell, and a clip barrell.
We should stop calling out/making fun of/pissing GC off. He's actually contributed and is available for trade. He's a better than average member no doubt. Got your back Cole.

The main reason most people don't use threaded couplers is because they take longer to pull off/put on than normal ones, and other than the uses stated above, there isn't much else you can do with them. You could make a removable barrel for breech loading with one, but it's a faster reload to use a non-threaded coupler. Just pull out, load dart, push in, with no twisting required. But if it works for you, then more power to ya!
