ZOMG STEVEZ ERWINZ DIEDZ!!!! THE BIG 1111

Can we all drop it? I mean seriously, he was messing with nature, and god didn't intend for that to happen in life. If one animal dies, do you think ever animal feels for him? How about every human?

Why should any animal feel bad for him when the sting ray was meerly trying to protect itself? So, If one human dies, does every human care? How about every animal?

He was someone taking the chance of dying everytime he did his "Job" of wresteling them, and moving them from one location to another.

Yes, he did do good deeds that include saving animal and humans from certain death and he donated money from his career, but there are others that do that to. They even do it more than he has been doing it (or done it) and certainly not with a camera recording them doing it. He basically got fucked from the start of his career. He had it all coming straight to him...in the form of a sting rays tail.

And this is why RIP threads generally end in lockz0rs.

You speak of him "messing" with nature as a terrible thing. He set up some of the most powerful animal and environmental awareness campaigns and groups but most importantly put a human face on a field of interest that not many could relate to.

Steve Irwin was a lifelong environmentalist and animal rights advocate. He founded Wildlife Warriors Worldwide (formerly the Steve Irwin Conservation Foundation), which protects habitat and wildlife, creates breeding and rescue programs for endangered species, and leads scientific research to aid conservation. He also helped found the International Crocodile Rescue.

Irwin founded the Lyn Irwin Memorial Fund in honor of his mother. All donations go directly to the Iron Bark Station Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, which manages 3,450 acres of wildlife sanctuary. Irwin also purchased large tracts of land throughout Australia for the sole purpose of preserving them as wildlife habitat.

Finally, through his ability to educate and entertain millions of people, Irwin raised conservation awareness around the world. In the final analysis, that may be his greatest contribution.

But most of all, he was a great guy. He leaves behind a wife and two kids. Whether you say he deserved to die or not... you're still an insensitive fuck

This will be my first and last post in this topic.

The Croc Hunter cannot rest in peace, at least on this thread, if this keeps going on and on.

Tait, thanks for the sentiments. You of all people ought to know about him, being a fellow Aussie.

mavninja, consider this a fair lesson in why you don't bring back old (as in over a week old) topics, unless you have something extremely relevant/ important to say, or if it brings the thread back up to speed...which your reply did none of.

lastmanalive, thanks for the rebuttal, but basically that's your opinion. Not necessarily shared with the majority of the NerfHaven users. If you don't like what he did in his career choice, don't watch his programs.

Rest in Peace, Steve Irwin. We put this one away, for good.
