When I had my new-school 1500's I just sighted down the PVC in relation to a scratch mark I made on the endcap, and compensated a bit from there. The many "ow! Damn!" screams that resulted indicated that I had something going good. Then my co-workers promptly blew them all out (5 of them), and I started using AT 3000s. Those I never got quite right, even when I single barreled them.
Well those are all sold and gone, and with my SM5000 I took all the missle and barrel holder stuff off, so making room for a small peep sight made with small diameter tubing. It worked pretty well, and now that I'm rebarreling, when (and if) I ever finish it I'll probably re install (and re-calibrate) it.
What are your aiming techniques for your foam shooters of choice? Just curious.
Thanks,
-Piney-

Yea I have one, it works really really well and helps me lineup shots more easily than just going out and using it as if it were a pistol. If you could get a good stock on your max shot to have a better brace

Directions:
A. Load gun and pump.
B. Hold correctly in hands, stock up against shoulder, on hand on the handle thingy, and finger on trigger.
C. Point barrel at target and angle however much needed.
D. Pull trigger!
It's quite simple. All you need to do is know your gun's range, accuracy, wind factor, etc.

Edit: There seriously has to be a better shortcut for than B ) or I can't write a list with parenthesis.

I agree with Evil too. I did make a stock for one of my SM1500's though.
It's cool and stealthy .
