[One Man Clan]

Anybody seen these crazy things on Hasbro's site?

I stumbled upon them tonight. I know they want to "age up" the brand, but this is a little goofy to me.

Check them out. She looks better in the Dart Tag Vest than my fat ass ever will.

Yeah the dart tag video was suggestive. Those videos were really creeping me out. I like when she ripped off her lab coat revealing the black number she was wearing when she busts out the maverick.

You can actually see her on G4TV during the Action Blast hour at 8a.m. The show is copyrighted by Hasbro and also airs old G.I. Joe episodes as well as Transformers Cybertron. There are two live action spots. One has that hot as hell blonde, Dr. Physics and Edgar, who is some idiot that is her assistant. The other is some scientist named Louden Noxious in a lab with an even nerdier assistant named Beav Wallace. They show off all different Hasbro toys, but she is primarily Super Soaker and Nerf. The show also includes a segment called Kaiju Big Battel's monster mayhem, which is guys in foam rubber monster suits battling in a wrestling ring.

The creatures you see in the video clips on the link One Man Clan provided are from Kaiju Big Battel.

There are a couple of trailers on the site and a bio of Hayley Thompson-King. I had heard of this film before, but after seeing the trailers and the low-cut dress she is wearing in one scene, it is on my must-see list for 2007.

I liked the crossfire one when Edger falls down and everybody gets up and shoots the crap out of him and the part where Dr. Physics defeats the weird monster thing that shes standing on by aiming the mav at it.

As I just have basic cable at home, I don't get all the "cool premium channels" like g4tv (which fucking RUINED ZDTV/Tech TV), The Travel channel, or LOGO. Thanks for the info Red Badge of Courage. As for the attractiveness of the good doctor, I dunno. Maybe she's not my type, but a woman with a goofy accent doesn't really do it for me. Not to mention I'm past my 15 year old "YAY BOOBIES" phaze.....

Alright, so maybe I'm at least older than 15. Seriously though, commenting on how "hot" she is just seems a little corny at best. I for one probably won't see that movie she is in. What is it about, toilets?

No that is not what went through my mind when I opened the link but yes it was a little suggestive, very corny and the way she was acting she looked like a porn star. Say what you wish this is only my opinion.

Nerf is certainly trying to gain appeal in older market groups, we should have recognized it when they relaeased the dartag "stunt" videos a few months ago. The videos mildly suggestive, frankly, I think its a breath of fresh air compared to the other crap that their recent commercials have been made up of.

Yeah, it is a wee bit suggestive, if you listen closely she says things like "Size matters".

I actually think it is better than those commericals they had a few years ago about competitive target play with nerf guns, it was for the Air Jet Power line I think.

Interesting videos...

What I really want to see are videos of how to use Nerf guns before I buy them. I see many nice looking nerf guns but some have a lot of pumping and less than 50 foot range. I don't care about Dr Physics - she only ripped open her coat twice.
There were how many episodes? Rip-off.

Is anyone else disturbed by the fact the in the equations behind Dr. Physics in the dart tag/maverick commercial, the word Fapp can be seen pretty clearly? Talk about suggestive advertising.

Wow thats really funnny but they do that sometimes with toy guns when I was looking into buying the firewheel from think-geek I went to the firewheel website and found this:firewheel umm yeah so while insanely stupid and strange using scantely clad women to advertise childrens toys is fairly common.

There actually is no holster in the video, it's just a clip mounted to the side of the gun and the belt she is wearing. In the video when she first lifts up the gun, the camera zooms in for a close-up. On the right side of the gun, you can see a black clip mounted to the frame. The gun that she fires in the next frame, though, is missing the clip. From this point on in the video, the clip is no longer there, so possibly the clip interfered with the gun's functionality. Bad editing on their part as well.
