Hey there all! This is my first Mod Write up, so please Bare with me. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'll answer them to the best of my Knowledge.

1) Here is the Gun, unmoded and still in the case. It's never been used. Such a shame too, but when we're done it will be much beter than i can imagine it would be.



2) Take it out of the Case, and pry off that little Orange Ring with a flathead Screwdriver. It's Glued on so it's a bit of a bitch to get off.



3) Here's the Internals. Really simple actually. Pump, Tank, Trigger, Barrelpost. Go ahead and Pull the whole assembly out.



4) Saw off the Barrel Post entirely. Exactly as shown. It's too Fat to Fit inside some PVC.



5) Cut a piece of 1/2" PVC to 14" in length (about) and Hot glue it onto the hole in the tank. Put some Duct tape on top of that for stability. At this Point, you can plug up the Overpressure release valve with some hot glue, but i dont advise it. There is no rubber bladder in this gun, and overpressure can result in explosion of the tank. Seal it at your own risk.



6) On the shell, carve out as displayed below with a Dremel Grinder or cutting disc. (make sure to do this on both sides)




7) Lay the new assembly on top of that and Seal the whole thing back up. You can throw away that orange disc.. It's merely Ornamental.




8) Using Duct Tape, support the front end of the Barrell using a # shape with the tape. add more to your liking.



9) Thats it! Put a Micro Dart or Stafan in it and let it fly!

Here's my test Stats for Distance with a Stock Micro Dart (outside). All of these are fired with the gun propped at a 10 deg angle up

1: 124'
2: 136'
3: 114'
4: 122'
5: 119'
6: Lost
7: 139'
8: 112'
9: Lost
10: 125'

Average Distance: 123.875'

These distances are Aproximate. They were measured by pacing the distance and measuring my stride.

We Tried it with Stephans, but we have no Data for them. We couldnt find any of the ones we fired.

Optional Additions

Take a Piece of 1/2" CPVC and cut it to about 7 or 8 inches. Stuff it in the Front of the barrel so at least 6" is sticking out the end. Wrap it in Electrical tape (only 1 layer)

Now, not only can it fire a little bit farther, but it can also fire it's stock Rockets again! They usually go about 25' - 30' so they're good for close range, and stuffing a Dart in the hole gets the same amazing ranges that it got before. It's also removable so that you can take it out and have the accuracy of a long barrel again.

The internals look exactly the same as a LBB. Hey if it ain't broke, don't fix it. And evade the lawsuits.

Yes it is. It's almost exactly the same. Even the Shape of the Pump Handle is the same. The only Difference that i could see is that the Front of the gun is Shorter. the Missile sticks out of the front of it.

Great writeup, Echo, I would have hardly guessed that it was your first time. Great mod, too. If you have trouble finding your stefans, try spray-painting them lightly with something like hunter orange - not much more work, and helps a LOT.

Kickass mod and nice looking gun, but I'd suggest adding a PVC coupler. Then you can use sch 40 or sch 80 PVC barrels, nested brass or CPVC barrels and nested PETG barrels, as well as probably some others. It would be more stable that way too and you wouldn't need any duct tape.

That gun seems to outperform the LBB, not just match it. Nice job. If I see one I'll take some pictures of the box. I can't believe how close to an LBB it looks. Amazing. Off-brand companies ripping off off-brand companies, awesome.

Did you plug the over pressure release valve? I know you talked about it, but did you?

Yes! A better version of the LBB. The firing pin is what make it better. The lanard ones were plastic and didn't release air fast enough.

I purchased 2 of them. Neither has their Valve Plugged. But i'm thinking about doing it to 1 of them. If it got over 120' without the plug, than i can imagine what it will get with the plug.

I'll look into getting a few Couplers. I'm not a big fan of Brass tho. It's hard to get exactly the right size here. my Home Depot Sucks in the way of the plumbing department. i could hardly find the CPVC. They only have 1/2" and it's hidden away. I do like the idea about the Couper tho. I'll look into that one.

I never did have an LBB so i dont really have anything to compare it to. But if you say it does, than it does... i guess. I still have the box, so i can take a pic for you guys tomorrow.

Wait so is this the same as an LBB or is it better?
My LBB is pump plugged and it only gets 120' max.

Are you sure you plugged it correctly? I get 100' with ten pumps with the pump plugged, and a lot more with 30 pumps.

it wouldnt really matter, seeing as i didnt plug the hole.

The gun itself appears to max out at about 5 pumps.

First: This is an old topic. Do not post in topics over a month old (let alone a year or more) only to post a question.

Second: If stock micros fit in your 1/2" PVC, then yes they'll work in this mod. As an aside: yes, stock micros generally fit in 1/2" PVC.

Last but not least: If you had actually read the entire original post, you would have seen that stock micros were actually used in the range test.

PS: Have you read the New Members Guide in its entirety? I suggest that you do so.
