I've used Boutros Boutros Ghali, Future Knight, Missing Christmas, Time for Expansion, and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head. In each case, the colors weren't quite what I wanted so I shifted them in Photoshop. If you simply print it out black-n-white you'll get almost the same effect through the translucent green plastic however.
