I went and picked up some 1/2" cpvc at home depot and surprise surprse it doesnt fit my micro stefans.
Suggestions, flames?

I had that same question first time I picked up CPVC. CPVC is good for stephans (1/2" FBR). You CAN use it for regular darts if you dremel/file out the insides a little bit (just the front really), but 1/2" PVC is best for Nerf Micros

I used to use 3/8" FBR, now I use 1/2," but neither of those would ever fit in 1/2" CPVC for me. I just use 9/16" brass.

i just file the inside of the cpvc barrel and it works fine

Stretch your foam when you make more stefans. This is also why you should make darts first, then test fit when you go out to buy barrel materials.

Thanks, I'll try this, I had the same problem with my mega firing Titan (pics soon) so I just filed down my stefans a little
