i was wondering how much a sprinkler valve like the one used by CX in the mod section wouls cost and wher i could get one.
any other little sprinkler vavle comments/warnings would be much appricated

You could check online home inprovement shops for sprinkler valves and Home Depot or Lowes, and Walmart might even have them. 
EDIT// Just think of me as a homless person, ignore me and i,ll go away. You can just take Gramanam's advice about Menard's, it is a lot easier.

Just to let you know, you can find the exact one Cx used at Menards for arround $12.
