Thats crazy. But keep asking about the guns, and if that does not work....Well make his life miserable, Load up his mailbox with free Contractor magizines, Spam his e-mail, write things on his lawn with weed killer... Hehe that was just a joke, don't try it.

But really 11 months!!! It looks as if you have been ripped off...Just move on with your life.

I think thats the worst idea expressed in this thread, and someone said you should sue. Guys this is getting out of hand, he obviosuly is doing something important in his life right now. He wouldn't just take your guns and money and leave forever. He has a life, when he's ready he'll come back to the forums and ship your guns back. If you wanted to avoid this you should have done the mods yourself instead of relying on other people to do them for you.

I hate to say it, but I don't think you are getting your guns back. The best thing to do is wait. I have heard of people quitting nerf, and taking a trade just before leaving, and keeping the guns with nothing in exchange. It is not the end of the world. Just a few nerf guns. Consider it the past and move on. Its all you can do. Suing over a few guns is insane. I just don't think that this is worth your time. I am sorry about your guns, and it is time that you move on.

No, not a postage screw up. I talked to his "co worker Chris Forrester back in August through email and he ssaid the guns were at Starbuck's house....

I am posting this because, I've had numerous people PM me and try to help me out. I've even had a few people PM me this week.

I have basically given up on this search. I'm dissapointed in Starbuck, because I could tell he was a nice guy.....

So, Thank you for all of you who have tried to help me. So know one needs to PM me anymore trying to help. Again Thanks.

Nope, I emailed him about 8 months ago and he replied saying that he has finshed modding all the guns except for one. ANd I talked to his buddy and he said that they recieved them.

I don't care if theire modded or not, I just want him to send them back.

I know this is an old thread, but...

reading over it, I couldn't help but notice:

A lot of people jump to Starbuck's defense after the guns have not arrived for several months. He is "busy with other things", etc.

Sure you can be busy with other things, but to not check/reply to PM's, E-mails?! That is truly ridiculous. I hope you all realize that if you're busy with shit, you go send out a notice to all your customers. I'm sure they would understand if you told them. To disappear and be busy with "other things" and refuse to communicate is utter bullshit and a formula for bad business.

I'm sorry to hear about your guns. What a bitch.

Apparently I have had a couple nerfers turn down my foam as they don't trust purchasing things over the NIC because of this bullshit.
Starbuck, you are a bad human being and your bad for business too.

I hope this persons actions wont deter any nerfers from getting the supplies they need like red fbr and petg.
Especially when those supplies are coming from respected members of the NIC.

Regarding to Fa24's post, I have dealt with ATLEAST 15-20 DIFFERENT members of the NIC. Starbuck is the only one who I've had trouble with.

To all of you newer members, I'd recomend buying OMC's PETG and then FA24s red FBR, they fit perfectly together.

The NIC is a very honest community, and you should feel comfortable dealing with most members.

I'm a new member here and I didn't let this Starbuck guy deter me from ordering some PETG from OMC.

I think if you are dealing with someone through a forum, make sure they are at least an active member.
Sucks that this guy still has your stuff.
