A while ago, while cocking my NF, the plunger just ripped out of the case. Now revisiting it, I can't get it back together, for there seems to be three parts, not two, to the plunger. There's the rod, the head, and a little piece thats about 1 1/2 cm long. One end is smaller than the other, and the larger end is rounded. Anyone know how these go together? The small end won't fit into the plunger rod. I'm really confused.

Unless the piece you are referring to is a screw then I can pretty much assure you that it isn't from the plunger. I was just modding an old ed. NF today and the plunger only has two plastic pieces. Good luck.

Nevermind, folks. You're right, it looked likea screw port, so I screwed it in and it worked. Thanks, I dunno where the other piece came from.
