You know, whenever I say that posts on a Nerf board do not reflect intelligence I think of you. Seriously, by now you should be answering other people's questions more often than asking your own.

Sorry to Hijack the thread:

Carrtoon, have you ever thought about protecting your vinyl tubing somehow? I'm working on a homemade that has to have some tubing out in the open. I'm worried something may happen to it. What, I don't know, but... it's a cruel world out there. I know GeneralPrimevil's SOBR-P sprang a leak in the exposed tubing and now he has to take it apart and redo the tubing.

Obviously, I don't want this to happen to me, so I was wondering if you had any ideas regarding that. I was thinking about enclosing the whole setup in 1/2" CPVC, but it'd be hard to get the CPVC on and put together over the tubing... 'cause of order of operations, if you will... think about it...

Anyways, yea, I s'pose I should contribute some.
Nerfer34, we need pics. And if it doesn't work AT ALL, valve open or closed, then you have a leak somewhere. You could do the underwater trick. You may want to put your finger over the valve (real valve, the one that came with the gun) and see if it holds pressure then. If it does, then your (real) valve is screwed. And that just sucks.

If you don't have a leak, try a new pump.

Yeah, I thought about covering the top of that at3k. You see, my dad consults for Wenonah Canoe on the side and they have a thermoform maching. I may carve something out of wood and suck the plasic on it in a desireable shape. The only thing is that I never really use this gun. I haven't touched it in months. I guess it would be something to play with in the future if I was ever bored

No, another memeber of NH is fixing it for me. I don' know if he wants to be named or not so I am not naming him. I have spent literally like 4hours on it and can't get it to work. I am good at building things but in the end, the complicated things NEVER work for me.

Yeah, I'm going to hook him up. I really wish you had some pictures to go by because it could save you some money on shipping costs. One question, did you want the stock to be permanently mounted to the at2k or a removable ball joint like mine?

YOu can make it a removable ball joint? Sweet. Ya can you do that. Well even if I had pics I still wouldn't be able to fix it. Trust me. It looked EXACTLY like yours. I wouldn't have gotten it done.
