I live in Europe, exactly in Austria. I got just one friend with one Nerfgun to play !
And even the new Nerfguns never appeared at any Toystore here !
Like no one ever heard about Nerf before !

I have just one question, what the HELL are you talking about, he asked who lived in Illinois, not Austria or whatever.....sheesh.

I live in Deerfeild, which is 30 or 40 miles north of Chicago(Almost Canada!). We've got a couple of good feilds around, but whenever we start playing, people start yelling "No" and "Tresspassing" we try to ignore them but they have rolling pins. Any way, my e-mail is on my profile, I think, so tell me if you find some nice spots.

yeah i remember reading about this a few weeks ago but not responding because it was so old. anyway if there's still any possibility of an IL nerfwar i'd like to go. i live around Chicago, i won't bother to give the actual name of the town since it's a little suburb you've probably never heard of. anyway i could probably make it to somewhere around Chicago if the war's still on.

I'm from Deerfeild, well technically Unincorperated Deerfeild, in other words, our town is a poser of another. Anyway, its right by Buffalo Grove(Now with a total of TWO Buffalo's!). I dunno where Napervile is but Ive heard of it. What school do you go to, are you even in school anymore?

I go to Stevenson High. It sucks. Anyway, I think Naperville is only about 30 minutes away from where I live. Cool. I have a couple friends that might be interested in a war, but weekends kinda suck because my teachers give me so much damn homework. Spring break might be good..........

I have probably about 5 friends that would be interested but I thinnk we might have to save it till the summer. I do theatre and work so weekends are kind of off limits.

likewise. Anyways i've got some friends i think can make it over. however they are next to unarmed. I've got one friend who had a vortex tornado then lost it, so he's unarmed, the other is unarmed with the exception of a powerclip and he's probably not coming anyway, and the last one is coming (if he can) and is looking into purchasing any nerf gun he can. so if all goes well i should be able to bring about three friends, probably less though.

Well Crap. I have two guns, both modded, and both possesed by Satan, but I'm used to having one always there for a sidearm. My friends have guns, but not modded yet. I said I would do it for money (they bought it, sweet). So I dunno if you could borrow any of mine or my friends but I have a crap-load of un-modded guns coming, I hope. My friend said he would see what he could get off the internet.

Oh yeah.Spring break will most certanly suck because none of my friends will be home. Damn.......................It.

Ah, damn, I live in Kansas (more specifically a suberbof KCK) and theres nobody near me (besides me and about 6-7 of my friends) who be interested in putting on a full-fledged nerf war around here. As much as I'd love to come up to Illinois and skirmish, my parents would never even consider driving me there.

Friggin Awesome, if either of you could get pics up of the location that'd be great. Good to know that there's a good chance this war might actually happen.

EDIT: hey you're right, I haven't seen Haze in this topic for awhile. I've already PMed Ompa because he asked to be kept posted, I guess I'll PM Haze too. Maybe he thought the topic died again.

Great. I've got about two friends so far who I think can make it to the war. Nice Haiku . I'm not to sure about a meeting place. Maybe we could all meet up at a McDonalds or something near the playing field.
