The gun looks goofy and the handle is a little small but I like it.
So here is the gun opened up.

See that long yellow barrel? Chop it off at the base but not so far to the point where the brass can't sit comfortably on the end.
Take 4.5" of brass and epox it on there so it looks like the following.

You will notice that the base of the barrel has grooves in it. These were made to allow pressure to build up behind the dart before it is launched from the barrel. CX described using 2" of 17/32" at the base of 9/16" but I found this too tight so I came up with this.

Put some ridges inside the pipe by using your handy pipe cutter. You can see that the ridges arent deep enough to create a break in the barrel but deep enough to hold a dart in place. The brass is in no risk of breaking because of this next cautionary step.
Wrap some E-tape around both ends of the brass and slide 4" of 1/2" Pvc over the brass this will help protect it and keep it from bending/denting etc. You will only use 4" because the Pvc will be to big at one point near the base of the barrel.

Dremel or sand away at the SSI shell near the part where the brass showing will rest in place of the yellow barrel that once existed there. You are merely making a groove bigger here.
Now take a coupler and cut it down so you have a 3/4" long ring that can slide up and down the barrel. epoxy this in place then wrap e-tape around it untill it fits snug inside the case. This will keep the barrel straight.
Snap it all in place and the internals should look like this.

Slap the other half of the case on and your all done.

Ranges are good. I range tested with no bands and got 65,70,68.
I am very pleased with the results and the fact that when kirbysayshi gets around to it, I will be the first person to have his SSI mod entered into the mods directory.
Questions,comments welcome.
