P.S. TOtally agree. EVen new nerfers out there are looking for a quick shot gun they can buy for sheap, and people are selling them these exaggerated thigns, and they dont even realize there being ripped off (sometimes even with older nerfers)

The lieing on both sides needs to stop. The seller needs to be honest about his ranges, and the buyer shouldn't scam the seller out of his money.

The bad thing, though, is that we can't really do anything about it. If you PM the guy, he won't care, and I doubt that ebay will care either.
Probably dead by now, or something.

Most common: Air restrictor removal
Common: Barrel addition.
Super modified would only apply to guns that have had a lot of work done. Like My ABBB, a Nitefinder with 10 or more forms of modifcation to it or the splitech2k and many more I forgot to mention.
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

What REALLY ticks me off though are the people who say stuff like 'Most experienced Nerfer on Ebay' and such. I can't claim that title, but then who could? Makes me want to punch people through the internet. (Can we work on a way to do that?)

"Caveat emptor"
Or, "let the buyer beware".
It's sad and tragic when someone discovers a way to pull a fast one on someone with a claim of something that really does sound too good to be true. For someone to claim to be the "most experienced" on eBay is also something that is relative.
They may be a Nerfing legend...in their own mind.
I follow Ronster in buying only unmodified blasters, usually from people whom through communication, I find are only cleaning out their kid's closets and figured to make a buck off some "junk toys". The three other blasters and blaster packages I picked up were NIB or NIP (new in blister pack) that again, were unmodified.
If I ever sold anything, I would do it via NerfHaven's trading section, and only through a battery of cross-checking references of potential buyers. I would be upfront as to history, repairs made, HONEST RANGES (fast becoming my Nerf pet peeve), potential problems in the future, and I'd find out whether or not their just buying to resell (my philosophy is that Nerf blasters are toys that are meant to be played with, not speculative investments to trade and pawn off. Trading for fun and to have something different is another story).
But for any experienced Nerfer, it should be 'duck soup' to recognize when someone is making a claim to a mod that really does sound too good to be true. When someone does that here, I demand that they post all details of how they do it, since they obviously found a "magic combination" that may change the way we all Nerf. Many times it's just B.S.
So...if you got ripped by someone who sold you something that didn't live up to it's expectations, ask politely for a refund. If that fails, kindly give MAJOR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on eBay, post warnings here at the Haven, and make sure that no one else gets ripped off again. Then, suck it up and enjoy your less-than-promised modified Nerf blaster, or fix it up yourself.
It's like life. Caveat emptor.

But ah let's just let it go and say that we can all feel better tomorrow, if you know what I'm speaking of.

This gun can probably do serious damage to someone's eyes, especially when used with metal tipped homemade micro darts which are often sold on Ebay.
Metal tipped stefans? Did I miss something?
We also added a automatic greaser which will grease the plunger after every shot, which will make the plunger move faster.
Sniff, What's that? bullshit?
