I'm just wondering what everyone thinks the best mod is because everyone says something different.

I think the nite finder mod is best because its an easy, yet very effective mod but also some pump mods can leave a mark.

Also, i dont want to go spend money on guns and break the gun in the modding procces, What do you guys think is the best mod for a beginner and the best mod overall.

I tried modifiing my maverick as one of my first mods(bad idea) it ended up being even more pitiful than when i started. -_-

PINEY EDIT:I'm changing the name of your topic and heading, to save your ass from excess flames. What ompa said, stands. Ease up on any "best" topics.

Don't you hate it when the television remote is missing, and someone is willing to get up and search the entire room over and over untill they find it but they won't just push the button on the t.v. and wait until later to look!

NF is probably one of the easiest mods to perform.

There is no "best" modification. Just trust me, don't bother asking, because you're asking for a world of hurt.

Hm, seeing as I somehow figure out a way to re-mod my guns every month or so, I'm not really sure.

I hate to sound egotistical, but if I had to pick, I find my clip mod rather useful. Although I haven't made one in a while, and when I was short elbow connectors I ripped two of them off my first clip.

Agreed with ompa.

I usually don't leave my blasters modified one way for long, unless it turns out to be exceptionally accurate or has great range and play feel. Experience will tell you what 'works' best for your situation.

That said, interestingly enough, my favorite modification was the single barrel mod for an AirTech 3000, with a staggered double barrel. It was a pain-monger at close ranges, easily shot 80-90 feet with only the pump overpressure valve plugged and the barrel added, and again, had the best "feel" of all the blasters I've worked with over the last five years.

You're new to this as you have said...and obviously new to the forums too. Just remember that this isn't a chat room, so you needn't respond to every single post. Three posts in the same thread in 12 minutes...

Take it slow...you won't regret it.

The best mod is the mod you came up with and successfully performed yourself. I don't think I get more satisfaction modding than when I invent an original mod and do it myself.

I'd say the AT2K single barrel because when I finished that I shot my bro, and he fell like a rock  . He proceeded to go into my room and steal it and now enjoys picking me off at random momnets, but that first shot of a powerful and succesfull mod, it felt great!

My favorite mod of all time is the hopper+full auto mod for the ripsaw with a 3 liter pop bottle.

Highest rof of any ever, with no priming time.

Just imagine 35 balls with a 45 foot range in 3 seconds... dodge that!

Thus far, I'm loving Falcon's SplitTech 2k mod, but overall, I love the idea behind the BaconBow, even though I don't use one.

As for my modding capabilities, I like the basic brassed NF mods you see around, due to the relative ease in modding them compared to your more difficult guns.
