That is in a vacuum. Thirty-five to forty degrees is the most efficient otherwise.
Even still, I've watched a T3 shoot out to 80 feet flat with one of my micro Stefans. If that happened, then I full believe that a xbow can easily hit a hundred no prob.
Seriously, I mean, these ranges are quite believable.
