I just went to K-mart yesterday to get a Nitefinder and I noticed something very peculiar. The Tech Target Set didn't come with a TTG, it came with a Scout. Does anybody else know of this?

That doesn't make sense because two weeks ago the Set came with a TTG.

Your store is probably just late getting the new ones in. My TRU has been carrying the new ones for at least four months now.
