NerfWorld has been up "again" for over a year now. I believe Grinch is nerfing less and less, and the site will be recieving fewer updates, but is still a great repository of information.

I thought it was taken over but it wasnt. The sites bandwidth was exceeded and has only so much bandwidth per month. If this happens again, just wait untill the first of the next month.
