Air Restrictor Reverse Mod

1. You want more range to your NF so you do some general mods. You stretch the spring(?), and remove the air restrictor.
2. You go out and get yourself a sale on 100 stock darts. And youre like, I am not gonna glue the back of all these damn darts.
3. You release that when shot with no air restrictor, the darts are a complkete dud.
4. You read this and if you want to go back to stock you follow it.
5. First go out and buy your self one of those glue sticks, a regular size.
6. Then you have to figure out a way to get the glue out...I stabbed it with a pencil and ripped it out.
7. Wash it off and stuff to get all the glue off then cut around the body of the tube so you only have what you would twist and the odd yet familiar stick.
8. The closest recreation you can get is to do this, file or cut the twisty thing so youre left with a little platform big enough to hold, but small enough to go into your ar restricotor and be glued without a problem.
9. Then all you do is stick one of those darts in (with the glue stick recreation I found that using the white darts that came with the Firefly Rev-08 work best) so stick the dart in, pull back, and shoot, your 100 stock darts.
Wow that took along time, I hope this helps all you people out their with your beloved stock darts But really I do, good luck to all.

glue up the back of your stock darts because of the wholes because you removed the air restrictor
What the fuck are you talking about?!?!? The holes in the back of the darts increase the range, they provide better stability, and they keep the weighting right.
Putting glue in the back of the darts would fuck up the weighting of the dart, and they would drop to the ground the second you fired them. I'm sorry, but I can't believe how stupid this is!
Please never do this again. There have been tons of threads on the holes in the back of the darts, and all of them resulted in it being proven that the hole in the back of the dart doesn't hurt anything and actually improves the range.
Okay, I've calmed down now...
Anyway, please do more research before you post something like this. I like how your trying to help people, but this is just complete bullshit.
Air restrictors are BAD, they hinder the range and cause jams. the holes in darts allow air to get trapped in the dart, which does increase range.
If your darts are not working, you probably messed up your gun. If you find a problem, I will try to help you fix it.

But could some one explain this to me? What does he mean by gluing the back of all the darts? I seriously don't get this. It sounds like he's filling the holes in the darts with glue.

I think their version of restrictor mods is just twisting out the pole. This would mean the stock darts, when pushed back, would not make as good of a contact as normal with the 3 prongs of the ACTUAL restrictor. This would mean the restrictor would not be pressed down, hence leading to no air being let through.
The solution to this would be to remove the actual restrictor. Look on the Mods section of NH for a view of the actual restrictor.

Ps. I went to your web site and would like to comment on how off your facts are. I suggest you do some reading then fix them and stop spreading your lies.

Now why dont you realize this is one of my OLD nerf sites signed on to to have a domain for hosting other things for links and support...and that this is an old thread, please stop reviving to try to criticise.Yeah, you don't know what youre talking about. The only thing I made out from that is that you like converting modded guns back to stock. Totally not necessary.

We're all just reading about how stupid you are.No I know its from today, I meant the time, i posted it earlier, talked it through with Cx, then criticism. I got it. If you dont want to go back to stock great. Then Whyd you come here if it specifically says REVERSE, and if youre thinking to criticize, then atleast PM me or something. Dont just try to get a count up.
As members, we're entitled to read every topic on the site, and it's generally regarded as a good thing to be a member who is up to date with current NH events and topics. Now, posting in a topic is different, because usually if we're uninterested, we needn't post.
In my case, I've seen you defend yourself against multiple members of this site, including one of the founders, and still you insist that you're not a complete moron.
The jig is up, bud. Why the fuck would you post this shit if you had had your ass reamed because of it "earlier on"? Your defense is so tired, try something new; or better yet accept the fact that no one likes you right now and we all would prefer if you refrained from posting for a while.
Good luck with your... I don't even know.
Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

Also which gun are you using this mod on? Not all guns use the same restriction set up, especially older ones, and telling us which ones you are using it on helps with making things more clear.

1. your original post is virtually incomprehensible
2. your idea of air restrictor modification is incorrect, as are your ideas regarding the effects of hotglue in the back of darts
3. your "old thread" defense is absolutely ridiculous
4. your post count is 55 (in about 20 days), so you shouldn't be talking about people's post counts
#1 and #2, I think most poeple could live with because they can be corrected.
#3 and #4 is why everyone is pissed off.
