Hmmm... Two things;
1. If the actual 'Golden Gun' look is what you are going for, you'll need to do a ppk mod to the gun, and possibly lengthen the barrel.
2. Otherwise, make the trigger and plunger some other color.
Nice job, I just personally dont care for the look the laser and ammo holders give the nite finder.

I think it's pretty just the way it is. I'd say leave trigger, plunger, and barrel oranghe but paint the bottom of the grip gold.

It's kind of pointless to paint the trigger and the plunger since they're the parts that move the most and the paint would end up scratching off from the constant wear against the other parts of the gun.

I think it's a very distinctive paintjob. True, it doesn't look precisely like a "Golden Gun," but by crikey, it's certainly a gilded Nitefinder.

Have you considered painting the trigger and other orange internals silver? It might synergize nicely, and I'm curious as to what that'd look like.

i have thought about it, but i honestly think it will scratch if i use it in a game. it would just sit in my armory and not be used.

One of the main reasons to make a big armory is to not only have lots of guns and show them off, but to also have more selection to choose from. I would never buy a gun if I didnt plan on using it one way or another.

Nite-finder looks good kudos.

I did a similar thing a while back when I painted a friends gun into the infamous "Golden Gun".

Very nice to you both. Angel - are you a bartender? Hokie - I like it a lot, but you might want to mod it. I know it is a bad stage to do so, but if you were going to do another it might look cooler if you modded it first.

He could still paint the plunger tube and the back of the plunger-cocker thing at least. And if he uses plastic spray paint, it might not come off too quickly.

That's nice. Now do us all a favor and attempt to use at least some grammar and punctuation. It'd be greatly appreciated.

And you are the gayest thing I've ever heard.

This is yet another fantastic paintjob. I keep seeing more and more, and I'm getting the urge to do one. Of course, I'm going to wait until the snow melts so I can do it outside (ventilation). I agree; the quandary with painted guns is that the paint will wear in action. I guess that just can't be helped though.

While normally I use vinyl dye when I want to change the color of something plastic, those orange pieces are stubbornly resistant to the stuff. In most cases I've had to use the primer-->spraypaint-->clear coat combination. That way it doesn't wear out so fast, and usually still moves smoothly. I wouldn't try it on anything too intricate, but the trigger and muzzle rim are fair game.

Nice gun! To make it more unique, do like I did and drill holes in a cool design on the trigger. It's hardly noticable, but it looks cool.

That's not unique, I've done it to everyone of my guns, 2 years ago. I'm certain others had done it before me aswell.

So apart from you being stupid, it's a good idea because it does look sharp in most cases.

Great looking gun, I love the color scheme, however, i think you need to add a little longer barrel so imitate the real 007 golden gun.

Dude, I ment by drilling your own design of holes on the trigger you can make the gun unique from the others. I'm very aware that others do this but they all have different designs. You really shouldn't jump to me being stupid, its a little harsh.

I agree with ristrictor distructor, that gun is dumb. maybe if hokiefan had some skill with spray paint and maid it not look like a toddler did it, then it would look good; however, hokie did it, so it is bad. no offense or anything...
