I'm soo sorry.. i agree with you that you want less powerful darts so you don't dent or break anything. I misunderstood what you were saying. I dont know about you guys but i have a good feeling that you make your stefans different. I've never gotten welts nor have any of my friends.

I have found these
at my local Meijer's they are cheap, fly better than stock mega darts out of my LnL and TTG, and have a dense foam tip. They 1) won't put dent's in things and 2) won't put welts on you.

I still stand by my fbr in front of the dart. It shouldn't have much of an effect on range (not that it would matter inside) and it should effect the accuracy much either.

I'm not sure all of you understood what I meant when I said fbr in front of the tip.
I do not use matchsticks, to clear up that confusion.

1) take a stefan

2) take about 1cm of fbr

3) fit fbr around tip of dart

4) hot glue fbr to tip. *

5) using hot wire shape fbr at from into a good tip.

*note, hot glue might melt the fbr in this case I would use tape.

I hope that this makes it clearer what I meant by fbr in front of tip.

I would like to add to assassinNF that most nerfer wear eye protection and so it hurts less to get hit in the eye than any where else.

UM I just solved my indoor nerf dart problem today! They are a bit expensive but I think it's still worth it. I am using stock whistler tip darts.

PROS- They fly just as good as stefans, solid dart, won't break/dent anything
CONS- a bit expensive, a little less acurate than stefans

did you try using those solid rings you can find in drug world or soemthing for those gun toys? I bought a 20 refill pack, trimmed around it and glued that over (what i was using) for a weight on the tip of the dart. Then I added the glue dome over it but Im not sure if you would wnat to, thats my opinion, Im new, please dont laugh.

What the heck are you talking about? Solid rings? A ring that has a solid interior is a disk. Do you mean those cheap plastic disk guns that have a built in clip like this? If so I don't think anyone has used those before and that is an interesting idea. If not what the heck are you talking about?
