Right, so I had an At2k, but I did not like the way it was so damn bulky. So I decide to move that damn goo guage. Unfortunatly I broke the goo guage, I literally crushed it. So for a while I despaired. Then I thought well I might as well try to fix it. So basically I removed the entirety of the bulbous casing on top, and replaced it with some plexiglass and a bit of pvc. I ended up with this. All it is is the At2k pump, the trigger, the valve, and a bit of the handle. I ended up with this.

As soon as I actually have somewhere to test ranges on it without that bloody goo guage, I'll post them.

P.S. I would really apreciate any paintjob ideas.

It reminds me a bit of an SM500 because of the shape. I like it, it would be perfect since I've been chopping mine up to get it to fit in my paintball harness thing.

Actually I've been trying it out in my living room from my kitchen, probably about 30 feet give or take a few, and it is suprisingly accurate. as in its not dead on, but then again, it's actually a shotgun for me so I have no real need for accuracy. However I have run into a problem the air keeps leaking out when it gets to about 3 pumps. I also have a sinking feeling that the range has been reduced. I don't actually know on the range but I hope to find out soon.

Your range single-barreled, assuming stock darts, should be around 60-70. Your ranges with stefans should be around 80-90 (more possibly, depending on dart quality). I'm assuming micros. I'd say your problem is the tube-chamber connection; try plumber's goop and/or epoxy to make a better seal.

Air leaking out? Did you plug the pump? Nice concept, I was looking to do something similar with a sm750 but failed.

And as everyone knows, money makes the world go round. It's also the root of all evil, therefore the world going round is evil, and we should stop the rotation of the planet.

I don't know how to resize them... My digicam always takes way huge pics.

Edit with paint. Click up on image tab and click on sketch/skew. Then reduce the horizontal and vertical by the amout you want the pic to shrink by. You want it half the seize? Reduce both to 50% then click ok. Voila smaller photos. Nice job I would leave a portion of the plexiglass clear and insert pictures of babies screaming behind the glass.

You could call it the baby-eater 2k.

I did the same thing to a buddies AT3k I took his picture and reversed the colors so it all came out in blue/black/white and stuck it inside the transparent blue back peice.

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

you should get some sheet styrene (i think that is how it is spelled). it is plasitc sheets that come in varying widths. it would proabably be easier to use that plexiglass. you can get it at hobby shops, or places like micheal's.

edit: what are the demensions of this gun?
